If you want to live central and eat well in a vibrant and historic fishing village in the town of Svolvær, we are a natural partner to create the right framework for your next meeting in Lofoten.
On Svinøya we have received visiting guests since we were granted an inn grant in 1831.
With us you live and sleep well in our comfortable Fishermen's cabins, Historic Houses, Fishermen's suites or you can live like real Nessekonger in the exclusive Væreiergården. We have a total of 125 bedrooms with 244 beds.
In Lofoten's best preserved Handelsbrygge from 1828, you will find our reception, an original Krambu, which was Svolvær's first shop. Here your group will be well received and welcomed with our story. In the same pier you will also find one of Lofoten's most renowned restaurants, Børsen Spiseri. Here we create good local dining experiences in a unique setting for our guests. The restaurant has a capacity for up to 250 people. At our outdoor restaurant with a view over Svolvær harbor and Svolværgeita, we have room for 120 people. When the sun shines in Svolvær, this is exactly where it shines the longest. Right outside our restaurant you will also find our Fjord Sauna which is located outside on a large floating jetty. It is open every day all year round for drop in or you can reserve the entire sauna for your group. There is room for 20 people in the sauna at a private event.
We offer comfortable and well-equipped meeting room facilities with a capacity of up to 150 people. You can choose between working in unique artistic surroundings in Galleri Gunnar Berg, or in rustic surroundings at Tørrfiskloftet - in the middle of vibrant northern Norwegian coastal culture. We also have group rooms available.

For our work for Lofoten and in our own company, we have won and been nominated for a number of local and national awards, including Company of the Year locally, Tourism Company of the Year National, awarded "Olavsrosa" by Norwegian Cultural Heritage and the Cultural Heritage Fund's national plaque for good conservation work. Our biggest conference room is the Gunnar Berg Gallery. Here we can seat up to 150 persons in cinema set up and 120 persons in class room set up.

In rustic surroundings on the Stockfish Loft right above our old general store anno 1828, we can seat up to 50 persons in cinema set up.
