Catch of the day “Acqua pazza”, tomato based sauce with olives and capers. Mashed potatoes with wasabi

Stockfish salad with quinoa and fennel vinaigrette
Lamb shank with sweet potatoes purée, vegetables of the season and rosemary baked potatoes

Smoked whale roll, with horseradish and victory onion served with salad walnut vinaigrette and red beet syrup
Stockfish Royal; steamed fillet of stockfish served with stewed carrots, egg butter and potatoes. Topped with Serrano ham
