A little about Børsen Spiseri: Børsen Spiseri is one of Lofoten's most renowned restaurants. The restaurant is furnished in an old wharf from 1828, and great emphasis has been placed on preserving the original feel. Both meat and fish dishes are served here, with a focus on local ingredients. The restaurant is privileged to have a fishery just outside the door so that our chefs can pick out the finest fish.
