Booking

When completed booking, you will receive a confirmation on the e-mail provided in the booking. Check the confirmation you receive so it is in accordance with the booking you made. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the arrival and departure date, as well as everything else that is important for the booking is correct. Please contact us if you don`t receive confirmation or if any information is incorrect. The minimum age for booking at Svinøya Rorbuer is 23 years.

Price

Our prices are dynamic and controlled by supply and demand, the price will therefore vary. The stated price when ordering is binding on both parties.

Payment

If payment is not made at the time of booking, payment will be made at check-in if it occurs during reception opening hours. If check-in takes place outside the reception's opening hours, please come by the following day to pay.

Cancellation / change of booking

The type of cancellation policy that applies to your booking depends on the type of booking you have made. Always check the rules that apply to your booking on the booking confirmation.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00 departure day. Check-in outside the reception's opening hours is done in our restaurant Børsen Spiseri, which is located in the same building as the reception. For check-in outside the restaurant's opening hours, the keys are placed in our key box. See our opening hours here.

Force majeure

Occurrence beyond our control, such as strikes, fires, extreme weather and anything else that makes the stay or activity impossible, we reserve the right to cancel the stay or activity without further liability for payment of compensation.

Insurance

We recommend all our guests to have a cancellation insurance with your own insurance company which, among other things, covers cancellations due to illness. In addition, we recommend all our guests to have valid travel insurance.

Terms of activities

Svinøya Rorbuer collaborates with various local experience providers and relates to the provider's terms. Cancellation terms may therefore vary for the different activities. Contact us to check the terms of a particular activity.

General for all activities is that we reserve the right to change or cancel the activity due to bad weather, unforeseen events with equipment or guides. For safety reasons, the guide may choose a route other than the scheduled one. Changed route due to weather conditions does not provide a basis for reimbursement.
