Visit the Reindeer
The Sami are the only European people with indigenous status. Join our daytrip and visist Inga Sami Siidai. A unique experience with reindeer and real Sami culture that you will remember for a long time.
Inga invites you into the enclosure to meet these unique Arctic animals, and will teach you more about the reindeer during the storytelling.
You will get really close to the reindeer by feeding them, and some of the animals are actually so tame that they will eat straight from your hand!
Before you enter the enclosure, Laila Inga will teach you more about why the reindeer are specially equipped for a life in the Arctic.
There will be a review of safety procedures before you enter the enclosure. These are peaceful animals, but we also need to know how to relate to them.
