Surrounded by authentic maritime artifacts, you’ll gain insight into how the rugged landscape and rich waters have shaped Lofoten’s food culture for centuries. This immersive experience brings history to life, offering a newfound appreciation for the meals you’ll taste along the way.

Cinnamon Buns

The tour takes you to the picturesque fishing village of Henningsvær, where you’ll get hands-on with a beloved Nordic tradition—baking cinnamon buns. Under the guidance of a local baker, you’ll roll out dough, spread spices, and craft your own perfect, golden-brown pastries. Once they’re fresh out of the oven, settle into a cozy café and enjoy your homemade buns alongside a steaming cup of coffee. It’s a true taste of Norwegian comfort food, paired with the warmth of Lofoten hospitality.
